Track Your Progress

Every quarter we evaluate your progress as a way to ensure that you are improving in our program. We document this information, and through a personal portal, you can track your progress at any time using your smart phone, tablet or computer. The results can demonstrate that you are getting stronger, your balance is improving, your memory is better and you have more endurance.

The Total Rehab & Fitness staff monitors your progress and adjusts your plan of care as needed. This ensures the best possible results. As a patient, you are able to report any changes in your condition in real time using your smart phone or computer. If, for example, you experience a fall, you can record it to alert the staff of the incident. The staff will work closely with you. In this situation, they may add activities focused on balance and strength to help decrease your fall frequency.
